COSTEL was established in 1988 as a branch of the Company ING. G. MALAGUTI SPA, that was the first Italian Company manufacturing electric resistance welders.
In the following years, besides carrying on the production of MALAGUTI machines, COSTEL has developed its own series of spot, projection, seam and butt welders, in the tradition of high quality with fair price. At the same time new electronic controls and many special machines have been created.
The Company FABELECTRIC TRASFO Srl has been cooperating since some years with COSTEL as a commercial and technical partner.

COSTEL has also been one of the first Italian companies to use Medium Frequency systems for high power welders.
Exports are 50% of the production, towards countries all over the world.
Thanks to the long experience of its technicians, COSTEL can face any welding problem in the best way.
